PRIVATE ROOMS

You can also rent a private room in case you do not wish to rent an entire apartment. Depending on your needs, we can provide you with small single, single, small double, double, triple and quad rooms, of course all the rooms are fully equipped. Staying with Us you'll feel like you are a citizen of Budapest for a couple of days.

All our private rooms have these facilities:


  • a comfortable double bed (even the single room has a 140 cm bed)
  • a closet to store your clothes while you are in Budapest
  • a desk with a chair (the small rooms don't have it)
  • a sofa or armchair (the small rooms don't have it)
  • a heater and a fan
  • of course all the necessary bedding and towels are free of charge
  • wireless internet connection
  • all the rooms are lockable with key, which you receive upon arrival together with the apartment's keys
  • welcome bottle of wine and free tea & coffee

 

Our apartments are fully equipped, which means even if you are renting a private room, you’ll also have access to:

 

  • a salon with sofa to relax with English newspapers, magazines
  • TV with all Hungarian and some English/French/Spanish channels
  • wireless internet connection
  • fully equipped kitchen: oven, boiler, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, fridge, freezer, all the necessary things for cooking and dining
  • the kitchen also comes with washing liquid, sugar, tea, coffee, which are there for your usage
  • fully equipped bathroom: unlimited hot water, washing machine (washing powder and softener free of charge), hairdryer

My husband and I stayed in the small double room for 9 days at the beginning of our 18 month trip around the world. We were hoping to find a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay which was also affordable. Affordable is not easy to find but we were fortunate enough to have gotten in touch with Marton who settled us into our sweet place with an old home feel. We loved to location near the metro lines and found it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Marton was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He is thoughtful and professional which made us feel safe and well looked after at the onset of our epic journey. A traveler always prefers a good start and that was provided in Budapest. We would certainly stay there again if our travels bring us back there again someday. We felt very much at home.

I highly recommend this accommodation, not only for the location and conditions of the place, but for the person who organized my stay. Marton Andrassy was fabulous and very accommodating, not only personally picking my friend and me up from the airport (for a small fee), but graciously understanding our flight cancellation and loss of a day in Budapest. He gave us a map to help orient us, recommended places to eat and sights to see, and helped us plan out the best route to take. In addition, the room was very clean and comfortable. It also gave us the opportunity to meet other travelers, as we only stayed in one of the 3 rooms in the residence. My only complaint is that I wish I had had more time to spend there! Whenever I get back to Budapest, I would gladly contact my new friend, Marton, and stay at one of his locations.
