Our private rooms and apartments to rent long term are ideal for anyone who wants to live in the city center while studying, working or being on an internship in Budapest.

    ~ next to Oktogon - in the Jewish Quartier

    A really nice 2 bedroom apartment to rent or the bedrooms separately can be rented out too..

    The apartment is near the Oktogon, right in the heart of the Jewish Quartier on Akácfa utca. The apartment has 2 rooms, both of the rooms are available.

    The location is great as Oktogon, Opera, Andrássy boulevard and the best bars and clubs of the city are within walking distance.

     

     

     

     

    The bigger room itself is 30 sm, it has 2 single beds and is very spacious.

    The smaller room itself is 20 sm, it has 2 single beds.

    The building is a typical old town building, the apartment is newly renovated and has all the necessary equipment.

    The price for the smaller room is 250 EUR and for the bigger room is 300EUR/month, to rent the entire apartment is 550 EUR/month. This price includes all the costs and expenses.

All our apartments are fully equipped:
