The first and most important fact about us is that we are a family and not an agency, this gives us the chance to give you more attention from your first email until we bring you back to the airport.
We are all Hungarians, from Budapest, always have been living here, so we know the city very well and have been introducing to many visitors already.
My name is Marton, I was still in high school (2001), when I first had the idea to
host travelers
during the summer to make a bit of pocket money. The idea worked very well and since then we have been hosting the World in Budapest.

Later as the business grow, I needed some help, so my Family started to help and also a friend Peter joined. Without my Mother (Susie) and Peter we were not there were we are today. Lately my Sister (Nora) and Brother (Peter) helped also a lot, especially in the Summer months.
We all love our city and know it very well and our local knowledge comes very handy to all the travelers, who are staying with us. Also as I love to travel, I know exactly what people need and I tried to make this website as helpful as I could and anytime I met someone new arriving I’m happy to share my best knowledge of my hometown with.
First of all Budapesting is a business, but it is also a great thing to help people to explore our city and to make them feel at home and from the first moment they arrive to Budapest, we help them to get the best out of their stay and they can count on us in every second of their visit.
We enjoy hosting our Guests and it gave us the opportunity to meet so many great people, from all over, getting to know them a bit and to share our opinions was always something interesting and
opened up many new possibilities for us, as whenever we travel since, there’s always a friend to see in all cities and countries...
