KING'S COURT
The 2 bedroom King's Court apartment is our newest flat, freshly renovated and very conveniently located just a few hundred meters from Oktogon and the Andrássy Boulevard.
King's Court apartment
- Oktogon is one of the main meeting points of the city, the beautiful Andrássy Boulevard is crossing the Körút there
- the apartment has 60 sm, has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, little salon, dining room, kitchen (possible to rent the entire apartment or just 1 bedroom)
- Oktogon with M1 metro and tram 4/6 is 2 minutes walk away and Király utca stop of 4/6 tram is the closest station
- Andrássy Boulvard is very close as well as Liszt Ferenc tér with it's great bars and restaurants, plus all the great pubs and bars of the Jewish district are around the apartment
- sights next to the King's Court: House of Opera, House of Terror, City Park, Andrássy Boulevard and all the other sights within 15 minutes walk
- the closest bathhous: Szécheny Bath's
- in the building downstairs: pastry shop, coffee shop, small restaurant
- clubs and many restaurants nearby: Liszt Ferenc pedestrian square and the former Jewish District's bars
- the apartment is on the 1st floor /US - 2nd floor/

"The location was awesome! 2 mins away from the all-important 4&6 trams, 5 mins away from the Oktogon stop & 1 min away from a bus to Parlament. Zoltan, right in front, has super yummy gyros. While a pastry place, a convenience store, a 24hr stop are all downstairs. Even a milliner if you are so inclined." - Pia
"As my second stay in Budapest, this is the icing on the cake! My brother and I had 10 days in central Europe, and now I regret not staying past 3 days in Budapest. Marton and Peter provided an unmatched welcome into the city! They sat down for an hour getting to know what we liked and answering questions on how to truly enjoy our visit. Having traveled quite extensively in my day, I've never had a local or concierge reveal all the 'secret goods' about a city. Usually you're pointed to touristy restaurants and expat bars. Without fail, we tried almost every restaurant and night scene they recommended, and all were astonishing. Maybe Hungarian cuisine is just that phenomenal, but we were always walking around with happy stomachs. Read up on ruin pubs and you'll get the local flavor of nightlife, too! The apartment itself couldn't be more central, too. Steps away from Andrassy Utca (near the opera house / House of Terror), we barely found the need to take public transport. Comfortable rooms (the heat was a saving grace on a few cold nights), quick internet, well-stocked kitchen, clothes washer - better accommodations than any hotel, and at the right price. We felt right at home when we needed a breather to relax. Thanks for inviting us into your home and culture. Definitely a must for visiting one of the most incredible cities in Europe!" - Slava
