• the apartment has 90 sm, with 3 bedrooms and a living room, toilet, bathroom, kitchen (it's possible to rent the entire apartment or just 1 or 2 bedrooms)

• Astoria station with M2 and bus 7 is right at the front of the house

• Deák Ferenc tér with M1/M2/M3 metro lines is about 5 minutes walk

• the river is 5 minutes walk away, as well as Váci utca, the main pedestrian street is like 3 minutes walk from the apartment

• sights next to the Astoria Residence: Central Market, Grand Synagogue, National Museum + any of the other sights within 15 minutes walk

• the closest bathhouses: Gellért Baths, Rudas Baths

• in the building downstairs: 24 hours shop, coffee shop, local restaurants, pharmacy, exchange office

• clubs and many restaurants nearby: Ráday and Váci pedestrian streets and the former Jewish District's bars

• it’s on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator in the building yet

• WIFI, washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, microwave, fridge, all cooking facilities, iron, cable TV, dining area
