  (it's possible to rent the entire apartment or just 1 or 2 bedrooms)

• Astoria station with M2 and bus 7 is right in front of the house

• Deák Ferenc tér with M1/M2/M3 metro lines is about a 5 minute walk away
  

• the river is also a 5 minute walk away,  while Váci utca the main shopping and pedestrian street is just 3 minutes away
  

• sights next to Astoria Residence: Central Market Hall, Great Synagogue, National Museum + any of the other sights within 15 minutes walk

• the closest bath houses: Gellért Baths, Rudas Baths

• in the building downstairs you can find: a shop open 24/7,  a coffee shop, local restaurants, a pharmacy, an exchange office

• clubs and many restaurants nearby: Ráday and Váci pedestrian streets and the former Jewish District's bars (with many of the famous so called "ruin pubs")

• it’s on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator in the building yet

• WIFI, washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, microwave, fridge, all cooking facilities, iron, cable TV, dining area

"My husband and I stayed here for 9 days at the beginning of our 18 month trip around the world. We were hoping to find a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay which was also affordable. Affordable is not easy to find but we were fortunate enough to have gotten in touch with Marton who settled us into our sweet place with an old home feel. We loved to location near the metro lines and found it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Marton was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He is thoughtful and professional which made us feel safe and well looked after at the onset of our epic journey. A traveler always prefers a good start and that was provided in Budapest.
